Ellis Andrews, Penticton, BC, 2009 Ultraman World Champion (65-69)The reason I started to wear compression sox a couple of years ago was the need to see if compression could eliminate or help to reducing calf cramping which has been a problem in marathons. When I first wore CEP sox the difference was night & day between my former brand & CEP. Since wearing CEP I have not experienced any calf cramping while running and recover quickly. – Ellis Andrews, Penticton, BC, Ultraman Athlete |

Yvonne Timewell - TriathleteI just wanted to email you and thank you for letting me sample the CEP compression socks. First off, the pink rocks! I get so many different responses from women (and men too): all good! Secondly, they are amazing! The compression in them is unreal and I can't even pinch material when they are on. Finally, I have been wearing them mtn. biking with my girls group "dirt chix" and they all want a pair! I most likely will be going Wayne at Runners Sole in Kamloops to put a big order in. |
Hillary Cheruiyot, Calgary, AB2009 Manitoba Marathon Champion (2:27) The CEP socks are totally excellent, in fact it hold the muscle tight, so it assist me because I had a serious injury. The product is really fine, I cannot even explain, especially when you have any muscle problem, it assist so much.Personally I run, hike and bike in compression socks. I would definitely recommend CEP socks to any athlete or traveler looking to reduce injuries or pain in the lower leg, improve their performance and circulation. Lee MacKenzie, BScKin, CAT(C), CPed(C), Calgary, ABThe benefits of compression socks on the lower limb are well documented to improve venous return and therefore enhance the efficiency of the circulatory system. For the athlete, especially the endurance athlete, improved circulation means better performance when used during activity, and improves recovery if used after training or racing. Compression should also be considered standard issue for any athlete flying to their race. Pressure changes as well as static sitting on planes is hard on the venous system and is not what you need just days prior to a big race. Personally I run, hike and bike in compression socks. I was excited to find such an excellent sport product (in CEP) with 20-30mmHg compression at the ankle. Finally and possibly most important they wash easy, over and over, no problem. Brad, WinnipegThe CEP socks did amazing things for my calves! Prior to wearing CEP socks, I would have very tight and sore calves during and immediately after the race (or after any run longer than 15k) and for the next 48 hours. - Brad, Winnipeg Phil Dickau, Calgary, AB, recovering from Achilles surgery
